The advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information he or she provides to GetAppraisers.com LLC.

GetAppraisers.com LLC will not be liable for any error in advertisements to a greater extent than the cost of the space occupied in the advertisement. GetAppraisers.com LLC is not financially liable for the omission of any copy or ad insertions.

GetAppraisers.com LLC reserves the right to amend conditions, rates, terms etc. upon 7 days notice in writing, and if said revisions are not acceptable to advertiser, the advertiser by written notice prior to the effective date of such changes may cancel the contract. Advertiser shall indemnify, defend, and hold GetAppraisers.com LLC harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, costs, judgements, and causes of action (including attorneys fees) arising in connection with or out of advertiser’s performance of this agreement, including, but not limited to, any claims for the infringements or violations of any copyright, patent, or other proprietary right, or claims that any information provided by the advertiser is defamatory, inaccurate, or otherwise in error. Should it become necessary to institute collection proceedings, advertiser agrees to pay all costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees. All matters governed by the laws of the state of Michigan. Advertiser waives right of venue and submits itself to the jurisdiction and venue of the State Courts of Kent County, Michigan. Applicant that applies for a listing on GetAppraisers.com certifies that he/she is not a training and or assistant Real Estate Appraiser and is licensed in the state(s) in which he/she are applying for a listing in.
